Northern Training focuses on a strength and conditioning program that is designed to boost your speed, strength, power, mental toughness, and overall athletic performance.

  • Rates are based on the number of clients per session.

  • Group Sessions up to 5 athletes at a time!

  • Training packages of 6 or 12 sessions available at discounted rates.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled training session to ensure proper warmup & safety throughout the workout.

cancellation polices

Any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled training session will not receive a refund.
